Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our taxi reservation service.

By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations can be made through our website, mobile application, or by phone. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated fare.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash (directly to the driver). For credit card payments, your card will be pre-authorized at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the original reservation. These will be clearly communicated before being applied.

Our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Personal belongings left in vehicles are not our responsibility. We will make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost items, but cannot guarantee their return.
